  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sale periods or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • COD charges may apply where Cash on Delivery is available.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier Partner Details
  • Tracking Link via Email/SMS

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address
